Yes. Every year a group of Finns get together, fill their inflatebles with beer and just float down a river, drinking beer and chilling out. The festival is called Kaljakellunta and is an unorganized spontaneous gathering of like-minded Finns. This year it is being held on the 1st of August, so you still have time to find a flight to Helsinki and chill with the locals.
